Nixon offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from nixon.com or an authorized Nixon dealer. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries*, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your case back, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your receipt. Nixon will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

I got this watch and less than a week it died. Now I have to go through the hassle of shipping it back to get the battery replaced.

So pretty and functional! Love the rose gold color. I’ve had my other Nixon for about 10 years and wanted to upgrade. The metal band makes it look classy. I can’t wait to start wearing it. (It’s a Christmas gift to myself so I have to wait a couple weeks.)

This watch is my FAVORITE aesthetic wise. It’s a very pretty watch! I’ve had it for a year and am always in the ocean and never take it off. It’s lasted through the salt water no problem. My only issue with this watch is the clasp. Within the first month, it broke so I fixed it myself by ordering new watch pins. It still always unclamps and my watch flings across the room. The plating and screen are a bit worn now, when I replace I’ll probably order another one of the same watch because otherwise it’s great.

I returned this product. It just looked generic and the dark mode was extremely dim. Thanks for offering a digital version. Just not what i expected for the price and a Nixon product.

Would not recommend
Couldn’t open the clasp bc the metal was thin and cheap and it bent instead of opening as designed, so they sent me a new one. That one opened and I was able to reposition and set it. 2 weeks of wearing it and the buckle just randomly comes undone with the lightest touch sometimes. Also, the watch is very dark and often difficult to read if not at the right angle/lighting. The face is a cool shape, that’s the only thing giving it 2 stars instead of one, bc it looks cute. But it was def a waste of money.

Incredibly sturdy watch
I had the unfortunate experience of my watch slipping off my wrist (I hadn't clasped it on correctly) and falling down an elevator shaft 3 floors. I was able to get it back and it was still intact and working. I had to write this review because I was genuinely surprised at how sturdy this watch is.

5- stars! I purchased this watch because my daughter permanently borrowed my old siren tide watch (which I also loved and is still going strong). The rose gold looks great and once on, I don't even feel it. Hard to believe something so good looking is also so tough. Highly recommend
