Return Policy

We hope you’re stoked with your gear but if you need to return something, we’re happy to help. Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

The product must be returned to Nixon Europe in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been visibly worn, damaged or worn out, or if the packaging has deteriorated, making the product unsuitable for resale.

In the event of a defective product, please report it directly to our customer service department within 14 days of receipt. Nixon reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the previously defined criteria.

If the return is refused, the product will be returned to the customer at Nixon's expense. Customs duties and taxes outside of Europe will not be the responsibility of Nixon.

After 30 days of receipt of the product, the customer will be responsible for return charges and will be deducted directly from the refund.

ATTENTION: Returns from Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Turkey are not free. Don't forget to print out your Nixon invoice 3 times and add 2 of them in a transparent plastic sleeve attached to the outside of the box for custom clearance. How to Make Returns

  1. Start your return online at returns-eu.nixon.com.
  2. Pack your return in a safe, well-padded box.
  3. Attach the shipping label you'll receive to the outside of the package.
  4. Send back your return order.
    • Drop off your parcel at the closest DHL Service Point
    • Schedule a pick-up. Select your location and schedule a pick-up using the Waybill reference and informations available on your DHL label.
    • Call DHL Express to schedule the pick up of your return.
  1. Start your return online at returns-eu.nixon.com.
  2. Pack your return in a secure, well-padded box.
  3. Send back your return order. Please write on the outside of the box:
    • Return destination : FMS - NXN Returns Department, 48 RUE DES VANNIERS, 40150 SOORTS-HOSSEGOR, FRANCE
    • Your Nixon order number
    • And sender details

Important notice : Additional customs' charges may be applied by the courier, we recommend contacting your local authorities or custom offices to check out any applicable customs charges and custom forms to fill. If Nixon should be required to pay customs duties whilst receiving your return order, delivery acceptance would be refused.

If returning a qualifying Nixon purchase, the customer may either: (a) include unused and undamaged gift with return to be refunded in full; or (b) return Nixon product but keep gift and be charged by Nixon for its value.
